Data processed
The contact form asks for name, email and message. These details are used only to receive the request and reply to it.
The subscription form asks for an email address. The system uses double opt-in and keeps pending and confirmed subscription records, plus minimal technical data to limit abuse, such as subscription attempts by IP for a short period.
The website uses Plausible Analytics through a first-party proxy to obtain aggregated statistics on visits, pageviews and events. No tracking cookies or advertising profiles are used.
The browser may store a local language preference to make navigation between Spanish and English easier.
Retention and recipients
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the communication. Subscriptions are kept while active or until you request removal.
Personal data is not sold or shared for commercial purposes. Technical providers required for hosting, email delivery, service protection and aggregated analytics may be involved.
If you write by email or through the form, the communication may be handled through external email services required to receive and answer messages.
